Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during the holidays.

Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Please note: once a package is shipped, we can no longer control tracking information. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

It may take 48 hours for your order status to update. If you have not received any order updates after 48 hours, please get in touch with our customer care team at hello@sophiajeanesthetics.com, and we will be happy to look into it.

RETURN + EXCHANGES

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Clean Burnn products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact us at hello@sophiajeanesthetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. Please attach your order number to the email.

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued or used items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by us are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
