Lash Extensions

How long do lash extensions last?

Scheduling a fill is recommended every 2-3 weeks.

What is the aftercare?

To have the best retention possible,

  • Do not use oil based products
  • Do not touch, play, or pick at your lashes
  • Do not use a lash curler or mascara
  • Wash lashes with a lash safe cleanser at least 2-3x per week.

What should I do before my lash appointment?

  • Please come in with no makeup
  • Do not curl lashes
  • Make sure to use the restroom! We have one here.
  • Do not consume caffein before your appointment.

How long does the appointment take?

Full Set = 2 hours

Fill = 1 hour

Extended Fill = 1 hour and 30 minutes

Can I wear makeup with my lashes?

Yes! However, please do not wear mascara on the extensions as it can cause damage and result in poor retention.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

Just like hair on our heads, eyelashes have growth cycles. Once they’ve reached a certain length, they’ll shed once they can’t get any longer.

Lash extensions are applied to one natural lash at a time. When your natural lashes fall out, so will your lash extensions.

With proper application and aftercare, lash extensions will not damage the natural lashes

Lash Lift + Brow Lamination

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift can last anywhere up to 6-8 weeks with proper aftercare.

How long does a brow lamination last?

Brow Laminations can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks with proper aftercare.

How long does the appointment take?

Lash Lift = 45 minutes

Brow Lamination = 45 minutes

Lash Lift and Brow Lamination Bundle = 45 minutes

Does a tint come with either service?

A tint is optional for both services. If you would like to add a tint to either service, please book "Lash Lift and Tint" or "Brow Lamination and Tint"

What does the aftercare involve?

For both Lash Lift and Brow Lamination, please do not...

  • Get your lashes or brows wet for 24 hours
  • Go in a steam room or sauna for 24 hours
  • Touch or pick at them
  • Sleep on your face

Please do use the Ellebana Elleplex Aftercare as a daily treatment to maintain optimum lash lift results and lash health.

BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the service amount.

Why am I required to add my credit/debit card when booking?

A form of payment is required when booking in order to secure an appointment.

Cards on file will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

To reschedule or cancel an existing appointment:

1) Log onto Vagaro or download the Vagaro App

2) Go to your Profile Page

3) Click Appointments

4) Click Reschedule to schedule an appointment

5) Click More to get directions to a business, view the booking page of the business, or Cancel an appointment.
