We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. Notification given 1-12 hours prior to an appointment or failure to show up to an appointment, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount. Please note that cards on file will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show.

How to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment:

1. Log into your Vagaro.com account.

2. Click the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.

3. Select "Appointments".

4. To reschedule an existing appointment, press "reschedule".

5. To cancel an appointment, press "more" and "cancel appointment".
